Your 90-Day In-Home Trial

You have a full 90 days from the date of delivery to put your Frivo product to the test.

1. Risk-Free Testing: If you are not fully satisfied with the comfort or support it provides, you may return it for a refund of your purchase price.

2. Condition Requirements: To qualify, the product must be in reasonable condition. Please include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories where possible.

Please Note: Items that are heavily used, altered, or damaged post-delivery are not eligible for a refund.

100% Coverage for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If we made an error or your item was damaged in transit, we will make it right immediately—and you will not pay a dime to fix it.

1. Email us immediately at support@tryfrivo.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

2. We will rapidly provide the best solution, which may include a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Frivo covers all return shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Standard Return

We do not use confusing return portals or make you jump through hoops. To start a return, just follow these four simple steps:

1. Email Us: Send a quick message to support@tryfrivo.com with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return.

2. Get Authorization: Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with your return approval, packing instructions, and the exact warehouse address. (Please do not mail anything back before receiving this authorization).

3. Ship It Back: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. (Please note: For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using tracking, as Frivo cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit back to us).

4. Get Refunded: Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are systematically processed within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting your returned item.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to officially post to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen the funds, please email us so we can investigate immediately.

Policy Exceptions & Regional Rights

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, custom or personalized items, and products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

European Union Customers: If your order is shipped to the EU, you legally retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. This is in addition to our standard 90-Day Guarantee.
